Huawei UA13MCU Contact Center UAP3300 Main Control Unit UA13MCU Overview Huawei UA13MCU UAP300 is designed to provide various access and media resource capabilities to small- and medium-size contact centers. The UAP3300 supports both broadband and narrowband access and signaling which enabling enterprise intranets to easily connect to PSTNs, NGNs and IMS. This product also provides various media resource capabilities, such as collecting digits, playing announcements, recording calls, transmitting faxes, converting test to speech, performing automatic speech recognition and out-going call detection. By integrating third-party voice recording and fax services, the UAP3300 boosts the integration level and system reliability of the Huawei IPCC solution. The UAP3300 can be connected to Huawei computer telephony integration and interactive voice response platforms to provide various agent and interactive voice services, if the network connection to the CTI fails, the UAP3300 provides local routing services distributing incoming calls to proper agents ensuring that services are not interrupted. The UAP3300 features high capacity and reliability, it supports 240 channel agents, 240 channel IVRs and 240 channel trunk access, it provide 10 board slots, two main control boards and other service boards compatible with digit trunk boards and media resource boards based on service requirement.
